But I have a very nice Keda RT-3 pipe with about 1000 miles on it...

Best sounding pipe I have ever heard.

$400 shipped in the US.

I also have a high bar kit for sale...

Only because you asked about the price I will comment. I personally feel $200 shipped is too high (but not unreasonable) for the kit, as it is $215 new retail (plus tax/shipping/etc). Some online vendors and on ebay sell the kit for a little less than what you are offering it for, so it will be hard to sell against them. I would offer $175 shipped firm, if you get no bites throw it on ebay and hope for the best. : )
