Anybody ever hear of after market swingarm for Tubers? I was looking at a 01 X1 the other day and the dude told me it had one...Sure looked like just a polished stocker with hugger mounts removed...Dork was also bragging that it had the fattest tire and rim you could get..PM Wheel and a 180..I got a good chuckle |

Don't know if they are still available, but someone (a French company?) made single sided ones for tubers. Saw one in the flesh once; it was owned by a seasonal tourist employee working in Juneau. Did a web search at the time, and Hoo Boy!!! was the manufacturer proud of them. |

I know Spondon made a sweet swingarm for tuners at one time.... tubular, I believe it was single sided. Oh... and pricey! |

Metmachex and JMC both over in the UK still make 'em. Cost is up there. Yes, Spondon had the single sided one. SICK. These guys will make one still I believe for around $600-$700. Not single sided. http://www.swingarm.com/ And here's the Metmachex one, made for an S1 so methinks you'd need the early steel swingarm mount. http://www.metmachex.net/p3_10_15.htm |

Those are all pretty sweet, but now I'm even more convinced he has a stocker that's been polished and had the hugger mounts removed. |

Thanks to Ralph (Xldevil), I have one of these K&J swingarms getting put on my X1. From the manufacturers website: http://krueger-junginger.de/Harley_2010.pdf The design changed a little and actually looks like the one on this page (almost at the bottom of the page). http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/476 23/242782.html?1164669602 |

So could someone explain to me what is wrong with the stock swingarm?! Is it just a matter of adding bling or the stocker is real heavy and we are trying to cut some weight? Just wondering... |

Stocker X1/S2/M2 is pretty cool, IMHO. I'd do better shedding pounds by going on a diet. |
