Save your money. The only detectors worth owning are the Valentine and the Escort/Passport. | ||

Tim, that last wreck was from a chick pulling in my right of way, not from me pushing my riding abilities, lol. It just sucks that she is sitting in a storage unit right now with the front end all busted up and i have everything to put her back together, just need to get home. | ||

blur- +100 i have the 8500 too, and it will pick them up around 1-2 MILES away, pleanty of time to slow down!! it works great and i picked it up for 200$ on ebay (half priced) used, i LOVE it!! Jake | ||

^Yeah, my dad and brother both have one. When I was in Florida years ago (where its VERY straight and flat) and I seriously had about a 5 min warning. I thought something was wrong with it until I passed the cops speed trap. I was amazed. |
