K, I've tried and tried to do the ECMspy and download the race map to a stock setup. I'm tired of trying and starting to worry I'm gonna do more damage than it is worth.
Who can I send the ECM that is willing to download the map I need?

Froggy.. I heard you got stumped on Lairds ULY ecm.

It has a few tricks in it... Its a Hy-bride now. non standard format (sorry)lol

Paintshakers's bike? It was coming up with error 53 for a bad ECM. It visually looked good, I was thinking it may have internal damage. The connectors and case looked good, I even started it and tried wiggling the wires and pressing on the ECM trying to get it to die. He did have it stall on him and had trouble getting it to restart when we took a quick pit stop.

I hope I am wrong about the ECM failure, but I didn't see anything obviously wrong.

Erik Buell Racing has just finished a map for my 12 pipe. They nailed it! I run it here in lower Alabama at sea level and was just up in Suches for Buelltoberfest around 4 to 5000' and it did excellent. No low speed issues. No coughing. No nothing but smoothness and power.

Froggy,

My issue at the top of Blood Mountain was the ignition/ fuel pump fuse. I swamped it with the aux one.

To answer U4's question, send it Erik Buell Racing (along with a list of mods) or get with Xopti.

question about erik buell racing, so like can we send our ecm to them and they will program it for us if were having problems or how does it work?

they are good at make sure that you dont have any problems but just keep in mind that there are like 10 may be 15 people at ebr so dont get frustrated they are good at what they do
