Is it just me or this 1% look a little like a certain 3%

Glitch, I'm thinking a 3% patch in the style of the old 1% patch. Course that may rule out riding through the bad parts of LA
Fran_Dog, Cathy and I are thinking about heading out in the AM .. doing a little exploring up 28 into the highlands. |

Eric - I'm stuck out of town for work. The original planned was for me to head home this Sunday, but the end customer wants me on site through the entire inspection. That should be next Thursday morning, the eve of Buelltoberfest.
Chagertyxb was looking to ride this Saturday...
See everyone in the mountains in a week. I want to head up on Friday... |

Chris .. had fun today. even though the run down RR was so slow it felt like we were going backwards .. I had just down-shifted to pass the slow bikes when I saw the cop .. sitting in the the same spot where I had taken that sunset pic a few weeks ago. First time I was glad to stuck behind some slow vehicles. The PoPo were all over the place up there today.
We didn't go up to the highlands .. met up with Chris and a friend, had lunch at TWO and just stayed local. Nice day for riding.
Can't wait for next weekend ... time to go pack. |

I don't have a plan, but I'll keep my eye out for you.
It looks like there will be quite few people at Buelltoberfest this year. I'll be riding up whenever I can get myself going in the morning, Friday. |

I'll be heading up in the morning ... getting the bike packed now and no circus tent this year !! I ( just ) found the poles to the real tent.
Sure does look like a nice turnout. |

Hey guys, wanted to let y'all know I made it back fine and really enjoyed seeing the familiar faces of the 3% crowd. Little known fact, Saturday morning was also the first time I'd ever ridden with some of you guys. It was cool to ride in back and watch y'all go to work.
I look forward to another chance to ride together and in the meantime best wishes to you all. |

You opened the correct door. And that's not a Buell but he seems to have good taste in bikes.

he's already started reading up on bikes and everything! even wants my dad to teach him how to fix stuff. I'm impressed

It was agreed around the campfire that we need to to do a 3% get together.
I can host, How would the 30th ( next Sat ) work for everyone ? Halloween theme for young and old alike.
Freshly paved and still empty parking lot out back for the 50's

Yes .. start in the afternoon and run till whenever it stops.
Lights in the backyard .. dark enough to be a little spooky .. light enough that none of the little ones can get lost.
My boys .. err young men's are already working on some costumes / music and decoration. |
