OK I hate to say this but.. I actually like the HD trip planner. It has a few bugs, its beta, but it works. Still don't like the attitude when I brought my S2 in. The service guy rolled his eyes and suggested I buy a new bike. |

The service guy rolled his eyes and suggested I buy a new bike. You shoulda said,"I'd like to, but everything I see here is from the 50's"

I should have said something, instead I went to Cycle Depot. The techs are friendly and actually like to work on 15 year old bikes! They will also match all internet prices. |

Triman, you ought to try to issue a complaint to their corporate office. I'm sure they'd be glad to hear that the harley techs are preventing profits from being made. If no one complains, then nothing gets done to fix the problem, you know? |

OK So I dropped by the dealer today to get some bolts for the new wheel. They had three out of four with the computer showing two. Parts man was nice. I went out to put em in my bag and there is a guy looking at my bike. Conversation ensues, and he compliments me on the S2. I get a burger across the street and stop in the show room afterwards to use the facilities. On my way out two of the salesmen say "is that your Buell?", They then proceed to say that they each have Buells and they really like my S2T. I go out to my bike and there is the parts man looking at it. I give him the tour and note, no fuel injection, no computer etc. He says"I really like this bike better than what we have now". So, one butthead in the service dept is countered by four in the showroom... |
