I'm looking for 2 specific Millennium pieces. The original timing cover and the front fly screen. If anyone has them in a box collecting dust please contact me. I also want a sidestand the rubber piece that is next to the foot for the ground. new traction grips and axel bolt covers with the pegasus symbol on them. I want a front fender too, A tail section with, you know the one nobody likes with the plate light attached rear tire fender. This will get me started! |

The original Millennium Edition X1 did not have a polished rear tail section (it was painted silver). How do I know this you might be asking yourself. I know because I ordered a new Millennium Edition Aluminum tail section to put on my X1. But, I never used it so I have a brand new Aluminum tail section in a box in my garage collecting dust. I paid $300 for it so if you are interested in it make me an offer. I also have a brand new tank bra that fits an X1.

Farkels for the bike would be the original rear nut and front nut covers with the Buell stickers and a powder coated headers, silver, and I saw a beautiful oil catch can on e-bay to replace the red one on the bike. (Message edited by babired on September 17, 2010) |

So K...the X1M that just popped up on Ebay in Bel Air...that's not one of yours, is it? 5900 miles, looks very nice. OEM header, Buell/Supertrapp IDS muffler, CF tank fillers, and some small kuryakyn-looking aircleaner. |

wow Rat STOP I have 3 bikes now! my X1M has 58,000 miles on it! I'm going to e-bay to check it out. It could be a student of mine from 1999 or 2000 his name is Tim Novalis, best I can remember. He saw my X1M when I first bought it and then bought one just like mine. Then we kept in touch for a while and after my first one was totaled and I had the X1R he came back to visit on his X1M we had taken photos of them together. Nothing cooler than seeing a student fall in love with a bike you ride, then riding it back to the place you teach to visit! |
