I want to add a few accessories to the M2 and would like to know what the load is that I can safely place on the M2 stator. Thanks. |

22amp X 12V + 264watts would be charging system nominal output. Subtract headlight, tail light...etc to get what you have left to use for your frackles. What are you wanting to add? By the way came across a wine this evening called Fat Bastard....cracked me up. I didn't know you had a wine gig going. |

Yes. My wine is quite good. Looking to add heated grips and heated vest. |

FB,I ran Polly Heaters in my bars and a Gerbing jacket liner for a year on the stock charging system, without a problem. It wasn't until I added Moto Lights that it became too much of a load. |

Cool. I might also add an HID kit, but wouldn't be able to switch on the other accessories until the HIDs stabilized. Load shouldn't be more than a Halogen 55W. |

My Moto Lights are 35w per side. They killed a Hawker Odyssey battery when I tried to run everything at once. A volt meter is good insurance for preventing problems before they happen.I didn't have one when my battery went south. |

Yeah, I will probably use the Fatty Meter Mod again. |

My S2 (similar charging to an M2, I think...but I don't know the exact ratings) runs heated gear just fine. Its only at idle with my 55w PIAAs going that I notice a drop. |
