Anyone know where I can buy the terminals used in the relay block? I'm going to need to add a relay and want to use the empty spot on the block. |

Meant to reference this thread which shows the terminals: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/327 77/583876.html?1283308981 |

I did the same thing on my XB. You can order the terminals from H-D/Buell. I looked very hard for the terminals outside of Buell but without any luck. |

Try www.jegs.com, they have a ton of stuff. A quick glance didn't see the terminals but saw a relay block for $5.99 that comes withe the terminals, might be the right ones but I don't know. Check it out. |

Eric, Don't suppose you have the part number do you? I looked in my parts manual but couldn't find them, didn't see them in the service manual either. |

Relay? Like for HIDs? You can get relays on ebay if thats what you mean. Or get the harness and hack them up like I did, if thats what you're referring to. |

You are so lucky! I looked in my collection of parts and found some extras! I ordered terminals about 10 times trying to get the right ones from Buell. They never listed them correctly in the parts books. The numbers would always correspond to different terminals than what they listed for the fuse box. Here they are: Y0177.1AM Small relay terminals (3 per relay slot- coil) Y0092.02A8 Large relay terminals (2 per relay slot- switched circuit) |

Fantastic! I spent a bunch of time punching in the numbers from the parts manual and couldn't find anything that matched a description. I'll probably buy like 10 of each so I have repair pieces in case my other terminals burn. Not to be a jerk, but I don't suppose you have the part number for the fuse block terminals too would you? Plan is to use one of the spare spots to fuse the lights pre-relay, I can just cut the loop they left us, but it would look better if I could put red wires right up to the fuse like it is supposed to be. I'm unraveling a spare harness today at work while I have some computer stuff going on to learn the mystery of the single red wire becoming several red wires and where all the connections really occur in order to get the one closest to the fuse and relay block. Looks like most of this happens in a long plastic container that must run up next to the engine. I may splice it closer to the fuses just for convenience. |

I, too, would love to have the fuse terminal connector part numbers. My parts guy at the local dealer didn't have them handy and I need a few myself. |

I sent an email to the manufacturer and told them my dealer didn't know how to find the connectors, hopefully they will tell me where I can buy them.I looked through Mouser and Digikey and didn't see anything in their automotive style connectors, not sure if Summit Racing would have anything but I'll keep looking. The fuse terminals have GTS stamped on them as well as 18 on the ones I had in my hand, it also had 18 gauge wire crimped to it so I assume the 18 signified the wire size. |

I have the some of the fuse terminals that I ordered through Buell but they are not in the package anymore so I don't have a part number. You should be able to find them in the parts book. Most of the terminals like that are not pictured but they are listed on the same page as the fuse block. |

I'll give it another look. I did notice that some of the terminals have a different type of part number and these seem to be Buell only. Pretty sure we are looking for the "normal" part number which crosses back to Harley parts. Chicago Harley showed the above terminals for the relay block, so armed with that I might be able to find the fuse terminals too. |

My 03 parts manual does not list any terminals inside the relay or fuse block, that might explain my problems in finding them. |

If I can I'll try to use the dealers manuals during the state inspection which I need to do before the end of the month (and before the snow flies). It also occurs to me that there should be more than one part number per terminal because there are several different wire sizes and it looks like they use a specific terminal for each size, not the 18-22 type of thing that you normally see in the auto stores. |

Good point, I didn't consider the various wire sizes. If you can get them all, cool. If not, my personal recommendation would be the largest size you can get since you can usually make the larger work with smaller wire, as opposed to the other way around. |

Got a reply back from the manufacturer requesting more information, so we'll see where it goes. The only problem that I see is that there are expecting and geared towards manufacturers of other products so I have it a feeling it will stop when they read that I am looking for parts as the end user and only need 10 of each size. |

I got a call back from my dealer yesterday saying they were able to get some numbers. Unfortunately the guy I worked with was out when I called today. He is back in on Saturday, so I'll call then. |

I haven't had a chance to call the dealer or stop in yet. Does bother me that they aren't in the parts manual, do they really expect you to buy an entire harness if you burn one contact on a relay? A harness looks like it is a little more than $300. |

Here is what I just got back: ------------------------------- E-380 uses 4.8mm box terminal, supplier Molex p/n 33113-001 thru 005 (diff wire gages). 6.3mm box terminal, supplier Molex p/n 33112-002 thru 005 (diff wire gage) W-433 uses Minifuse terminals , supplier Lear p/n 771016-FK200 (10-12awg); 771416-FK200 (14-16awg) + other p/’s ------------------------------------- I'm not sure about the Lear terminals but the Molex should be something that we can easily get, I'll do more looking later. |

Looking like the relay terminals may be an OEM part number so I sent Molex an email and hope they will get back to me with a cross reference or a source where we can buy 20 at a time. I didn't even find a data sheet so I'm a bit discouraged |

I was at my dealer yesterday to pick up some parts, and it looks like they have an answer on the fuse terminals. They had to call HD for an answer, so this should be right. Unsure what gauge wire this is for, but I ordered them anyway. Y0091.02A8 |

The Molex numbers are a Ford OEM number, so they would need to be ordered from Ford. |

My parts just arrived at HD on Monday. I plan to pick them up tomorrow. 1.5 week lead time, not terrible in the grand scheme of things. Best part? They are dirt cheap (as expected). My tail wiring will be cleaned up nicely. |

Mine still show "on order from HD" which is really getting on my nerves! Going to start looking for the Ford part numbers because I am now waiting for these parts so I can finish. |
