does anyone know where I could find some frame sliders or pucks for Tinas new XB9? I would like to get the frame protected before she gets to riding herself. edited by s2scott on September 13, 2003 |

Scott, Congratulations on the new XB. Did you buy a new one? How do you and Tina like it? Derek, I'm glad you had a good honeymoon. Does that mean you can play with the boys again? Neill |

Hi Bill, I won't be making it. Too many good rides and I have to pick & choose. I am going to Knoxville to have breakfast with Erik. He's a cheap date. Devin was all excited that he saw you in Target!

There were about 11 or so bikes that showed up for the Bikers For Babies ride today,we met at Central HD and picked up the others at the track. The ride went well, for the MOBBERS,no broken bikes,no wrecks! The pace was quite brisk........if you call riding tire to tire with 5000 HOGS!The pace was really slow, but we all knew that was going to happen,so we just fell in place and followed suit.It was a good time too bad the rest of you were sleeping that 1/3 or more of your lives away! |

Hey folks! It was nice to meet everyone at the ride yesterday. The hospitality was incredible. It's a good time talking Buell to people who don't think you're insane. Got a few pics from the ride; I'll post as soon as I get them developed. Oh, I'm really bad with names, so if I didn't talk to you for long (or tell you my name three times) I probably don't remember yours. So I'll refrain from naming names right now. Wait. Rusty, I lost part of the breather tube from the new forcewinder. Where were you? |

Sam... Sam... Sam... Only 1300 miles this weekend... IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RIDE THAT THING... WHY DO YOU OWN IT??? Try harder next time... you had time for two Iron Butt runs this weekend... you would have only needed 700 more miles!!! :-) |

Mike, I'm planning on a little of both, but not at the same time of course. wouldn't want to spill any of Jason's Busch beer!! How about we all just meet somewhere and get some dinner and a few drinks. We will get plenty of time to ride on fri, sat, and sun. Whatever you guys think, its your town! Sam, I'll pack my own sheets, just as a precaution! Hey I have an idea! Lets sneak off and do that bike path that Sam's been talking about! ( Dennis, pretend you didn't hear that ) We might be getting out of here earlier than we planned on thurs, so you old guys still might be awake! Keith |

digger... Sooooo... are we talking about the infamous running/bicycle path midnight run in the rain in Hoedee Toedee, Kansas??? I have noooo idea what you are talking about... didn't see nothing... did not hear nothing... never read nothing, nor heard the story. Sam... Unless the neighborhood is now totally populated by the deaf... and there is not at the same time an F5 tornado cutting a path through the neighborhood... bud... they are going to hear you!!! I thought the best part of your appearance at the BRAG meeting last week was that your XB12NR set off the car alarm in the parking lot as you rode up!!! By the way... you would also be proud of me... I can also set off a car alarm with my XB9S as I pass by two buildings East of my building at my apartment... COOL!!! |

Hello!! I guess I missed most of you at the Bikers for Babies ride Sunday. I did however run into Rustyx1w, I think. Anyway, I just wondered where and when you folks meet. I might not be able to be a regular but I would like to check it out. I also discovered another exhaust leak this morning after the ride yesterday and want to know who is the best Buell service place in the area. I've had bad experiences with dealers and want some of your opinions before I try yet again! |

Ben, I think I might be able to help you with breaking that thing in the following weekend. Heather will probably have to work next weekend after being down in Arkansas this coming weekend. That means i should have plenty of playtime. Dennis, Then we are SCREWED!! my X1's race can hasn't seen packing for quite some time. We'll just have to ride alot faster then! Don't think I can go to KC without at least trying it! i'd feel like I missed something! Keith p.s. you guys might be able to talk me out of it over some REALLY REALLY good BBQ and a couple beers though. |
