Being from central Minnesota, we are a simple and inquisitive people, I grew concerned with Courts ceasless efforts to get us all to spell Eriks name correctly. There must be a story here, thinks I. Knowing that there are brothers helps a great deal. The elder probably being Eddie, with younger brothere Eric and his other brother Erik. The clue turned up at the local Cub Food store.
Yes our Erik was once a member of a proud water producing family in northern Minnesota. Fortuneately for us it only take two brothers to fill gallon jugs, leaving us Erik to build motorcycle. Most Probably giving up the family fortune and most of his property tights in the town of Buhl as well. The first name spelling was obviously a red herring to throw us off the track on the spelling of the last name. More to come as investigation continues. A lot of people change their last names when they emmigrate, either because they couldn't spell it correctly or just didn't like the orginal. We also have a mayor of Dubuque that must be a relative that has the Iowa itteration. |
