It's true. I tore down the Buell and started parting it out on Sunday after the race. I bought a Ducati 800SS that I will be building over the winter and I will be borrowing another 800 for the last round.
The M2 was fun, but ultimately I am not able to achieve my goals on this bike. I learned a lot on this bike, and I thing I got it to a respectably fast pace, but in the end this bike isn't the most well suited bike for what I am doing.
Ya holy crap dude! You seem to have a great positive attitude about this on here, hope your real life is the same. That seems like a lot to go thru hope your not depressed. Probably helps knowing it could have been worse. It must have humbled you a tad... kudos to you Eric! You will have an interesting time in airport travel

Yea, I hope to be done crashing. Being in pain this long, the PT thing, and being out of work with no $$$ has really stressed me...ALOT.
I been trying to have a good attitude with the whole thing, but it's hard when I didn't really cause any of it. Wrong place, wrong time I guess. Then there is the lack of maintenance on the other party. But its done with, no sense in crying over spilled milk.
I'm gonna give work a shot next week, see how that all goes. My arm still don't move in certain directions very well, and is very weak still. Just started strength training this week at PT and it seems to be getting stronger pretty quickly.
