Has anybody ever put spoked wheels on an XB. I am thinking a set of knobbies and spoked wheels would be kinda cool for my TT. Kinda curious as to what would be involved to do such a thing?? |

I remember seeing wire spoked XB rims on a Hillbilly Motors bike and they were sweet. Not inexpensive, but man would they look good on a Lightning Long with a Cyclone headlight and flyscreen.........or a TT with knobbies! |

Froggy, I remember that picture from 5 years ago, and I'm still dreaming about them! I just can't justify the cost. |

I was involved in the making of the first sets. http://www.nccr.se/html/chronos.html The quality is absolute great, problem is that Alpina Raggi is a bit tricky to handle. Go over your local importer. AR is also great in doing 2 or 3 tone anodizing of the rim with decals, etc. We had them with checkered flags, flames and like on the Chronos in stars and stripe. They are patended sealed to use tubeless tyres and they are really light. Jens |
