I have a 97 s3 thunderbolt, vance and hines, forcewinder, dynojet installed.
runs good but seems to go into a rev limit at 6500-7000 rpms according to the factory tach, in all gears and runs out of power as if you're out of fuel, is this normal for these bikes? what rpm can you run them to? i haven't had v twin sport bikes before this one.
thanks for your help

Hard rev limit is at 6800 rpm. Timing is slightly retarded beginning at 6200 rpm. A race ignition module will eliminate the timing retardation but keep the same 6800 hard limit.
