I sold my '03 Firebolt a couple of years ago, but kept some of the accessories. I recently posted my Buell tail bag for sale on Craigslist, and received an inquiry from a Lightning owner asking if the bag would fit his bike. Anyone know if the two Velcro straps will hold the bag on the rear section of a Lightning seat? thanks |

i would'nt think it'd fit snugly. the way it is formed to fit the fire bolt seat, vs the contours if the S seat.... it might hold for a hundred miles. but IMHO they won't be happy in teh long-run. |

Right out of the box, no they won't fit. Even the Lightning one is different than the Lightning Long. If he is willing to sew on some custom velcro he might be able to make it work, but it would be cheaper and easier to get a regular Cortech bag instead. |

I am looking for a tail bag for my Firebolt. Is this one of the bags that says Firebolt on it? If it is I would like to buy it from you, email me @ wildman@4x4nut.com Thanks Rick |
