I've been looking for a PM pulley for a while now and have come to the conclusion that they don't actually exsist...they're just myths or legends much like the mirrored left hand PM caliper. lol. Anyway, since I can't find one I've been searching for one that looks like the PM wheels. So far the closest I've found are these... But the price is steep and they're not an exact match. Plus, they're 64 tooth and I'm sure I'd have to bore out the center hole too. I've thought about having a run of them cnc milled out it I could get my hands on one to duplicate. Any thoughts? Anyone found a pulley that matches closer? Anyone want to sell me one? |

If I can't see it when riding it........I don't worry about it. But I ride a scooter as a daily driver. |

look for sportster pullies that can be modified for your Buell. I did that and I am pleased with the result. Remember that the inner diameter must be enlarged for the PM wheels. |

Oh, and I found a pulley that was close to matching but had thinner spokes. The_italian_job has one on one of his tubers... |

Ok, here it Tij's S1. I can't remember where it's from now, but it's for a Sporty so the hole would have to be bored larger: From this thread: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show .cgi?tpc=47623&post=1863824#POST1863824 |

The only bad part of those it looks like the cut outs are going the wrong way, like they are made for a big twin with the pulley on the LH side. Unless they do have models for a sportster, and don't show pictures. |

Dan at Crossroads will machine your stock pulley to look like this for under $100: Here is another one (same exact cut as mine) polished: Lots of warnings and discussion about product testing, blah blah blah... here: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/476 23/537688.html ...but I know have about 6,000 VERY hard miles on it, and so do the other guys that sent theirs in at the same time to have theirs done. Still looks better than the Sportster pulley, and still works great! To all the nay-sayers...that's some real-world testing happening right there |

I bought a pulley today. I don't know who made it but it looks like a perfect match for a PM wheel...
