Just curious, I'm pretty sure the 280 width will fit in the swing arm, but were you able to space the sprockets (and belt) out or did you use a chain drive? Even with a chain drive would they need spaced?

My 1098 rear wheel had an off set like that but the sprocket and rotor were on a live axle, not attached to the wheel....the wheel had holes for pins to lock it to the axle. Nut holding it on was torqued to about 160 ft. lbs. Took a 3' breaker bar to loosen.....
