Went to get a replacement at the local HD stealership. These were 70 bucks a couple of years ago. Unless there has been some leap in battery technology since then, this seems completely unreasonable to me. So, the alternate battery source search begins. Anybody have any positive experiences with non-HD batteries in their bikes? Kilroy |

I gave up on my local HD dealer when he raised prices on supplies 25-30% ! I have had excellent service from Tri-State Battery. http://www.tristatebattery.com 800.852.9700 Select YUSA batteries. The YTX14AH-BS I purchased in November 09 was $74.95. husky |

The battery from Erik Buell Racing is lighter, more compact, and will last longer than lead based battery. |
