No idea about the party deal. Personally I think anyone who ventures down there on sunday is a nutz. I will be as far away from there as I can get. Hmmm Buell rider attends party, Harley rider runs as far away as possible..LOL |

Yeah...Di and I are rethinking the "need" to go down there on Sunday. Just might be a great place to avoid. With the size of the crowd, I don't expect see much more than Hooter's and Asshole's. Talked to some friends that did Club HOG XX and they were really impressed with the organization there. Marked stalls for parking with wood block for your kick stand. Overflow parking in adjoining fields and shuttle buses. Those folks have it wired. Kudo's to HOG!!! edited by Nevco1 on August 29, 2003 |

Hey all...You really gotta love Hal's!!! Day 26 and no saddle yet. However, I was pleasantly surprised today at Hal's HD/Buell. Did a little Buell Tipping last night at a stop on sandy, oily asphalt and went to Hal's today and picked up the parts I needed to put the bike back to normal. I think that says something really special about Hal's commitment to Buell and their parts inventory. Another thing is as I have posted a while back, I am extremely impressed with the availability and pricing on Buell replacement parts via the Franklin DC. Just wish the saddle came from the Frankin DC rather than manufacturer direct. But then, this just may be the way accessories for discontinued models is done.

Just wondering, can I become an honorary member of Brew City club. Or change my BRAG membership to say your club. Since I have not heard a word from my club in months. I am a little fed up with my leader at the moment. Also I just bought a new digital camera so I can take pictures on rides. |

Yes Bomber, we are the nice group that welcomes all Buellers and even their Non-Buell Friends on rides. Joe...Next meeting is Tuesday, September 9th at Hal's. Be there before 7pm as that is when the lock the doors and we get to sit on anything we want to. LOL On the serious side, please join us for a meeting and if that doesn't fit your schedule, plan on joining us for a ride. I believe the next one is on Sunday, Sept 7th. We usually meet at Hal's around 10:00 with full tanks and leave at 10:30. Times sometimes vary due to destination and routing. Keep watching this thread for updated info.

The following is a repeat request for information. Has anybody got a Clue? Gerry? Jerry? Tom? Anyone??? Hey all...Was just checking the calendar and saw that Brew City has a ride scheduled for September 7th. If I remember correctly it was to be a ride through the scenic twisties in South Central Wisconsin. Have not seen anything posted about it and was wondering if it is still on.

Any local band would have been better!!! Hell, even Don Seig and his group would have held the crowd. Especially, with Spidey playing MC and telling a few jokes or showing slides of the Hooter's Girls. |

Well I was REALLY disappointed in the big secret turning out to be EJ, should have seen the Harley crowd begin to clear out !! But luckily I was happy, because I love the Doobie's and Kid Rock, and I got to see TIM MCGRAW, only the best country singer in my opinion, I love his concerts, have all his CD's and he's also a Damn Fine Looking Man !!! Woo Hoo !!!!!!!!! CJ |
