Travel plans to Whistler: Planning on traveling some of the roads from Border Raid 09 on the US side. Up through Grand Coulee, Twisp, Ross Lake and running into the I5 slab just north of Burlington. If the OR/WA riders are traveling together, I could time my route to intercept the group. And for selfish reasons: I only plan on spending one night in Vernon. The lunch stop at Kaslo gets me almost halfway to home, so I was going to part company after lunch on Sunday and head south. Let me know if an I5 hookup is feasible. | ||

I know I'm late with this, but with a little prompting from Galen I'm thinking about attending Border Raid. The deciding factor at this late date is whether I can share a room. Trailer being built, chock and ramps in the garage, bike clean & ready... leaving for a wedding in Portland on Saturday and up to Vancouver on Sunday. See ya'll on Border Raid! If any of you Canadians have extra room to leave a 5x9 bike trailer for a couple weeks let me know. I think we can keep it at our place in YVR but not totally sure how it's going to work out so may need a backup plan. Thx! and Capt - it will be good to see you again and have you on the ride!
