Monitor on the left is gone now, but it was a 21" CRT. In MS Word, I can have 3 full pages displayed side by side at 100% zoom.
I don't even use the TV much, I watch everything online, this is for my Nintendo as my monitors lack a compatible input and speakers. (Damn Nintendo for not seeing 25 years into the future and coming with HDMI or Dual Link DVI ports)
Chippy, how did this weekend go?! I didn't see you at the track, and forgot to ask where you'd be pitted before... I did see that you signed Chris's "card" though!
Anyone hitting up the Tony's Track Day/ at NJMP Lightning Aug 30-31? Between the free first timer's program, Ken's personalized instruction, and wide open track...I'm really upset I can't make it down there this time I can probably hook yall up with a deal though, I know some people
I did ok, 2nd out of 11 in the rookie parade, crashed outta my first real race in 2 on the 3rd lap, finished lwgp, but close to the back, and ran gtl on Sunday. I think I was right in the middle. Easily the most fun I've had up there. No nj for me for a while...I think the turd would grenade at the thought.
I have tonight off and have to work tomorrow night. I have to be home by 2-3pm to get somethings done and have time for a nap. Not sure if I can do a VT run. The last few times I did that route I left my house at 8 am and never made it back before 5pm.
Yep, your right. 4 days on and 2 days off sucks. I wish I could work 5 days in a row. I hate getting paid for 40 hour weeks and not having to work them. 12 free days a year from the state does make me sleep better though.
I am open for a ride to anywhere but like I said I have to be back before 3pm. If you think you will make it back by then let me know.
Okay, now the rest of you non track riders that always wish you rode more, MAN UP.
This was your kinda ride, Fagbolt. You woulda had a good view from the back of the pack. There is now one less Buell race muffler in the world. Other than one little mishap, it was a good ride and we even fulfilled rule #1: Stop at all lemonade stands!
Or in this case, lemonade and butternut squash stands
These kids had a mason jar STUFFED with cash. They must've been spiking it with Smirnoff for an extra fiver.
Note: A Buell race exhaust, when squashed in half by a tree, will perform just as well as before said squashing. It just has more backpressure and better torque.
