Well I won be riding any tim soon. At 12:15pm I was hotdogging pulled a wheelie it got squirly went back too far drug the trunk, came back down, high sided me and I came down hard on my left side and broke my left colarbone. I will have to miss the W.V. buell rally. I was very excited about that too.

it looks like its all cosmetic, all right side: front turn signal, right scoop, rider and passenger foot pegs all scraped but still serviceable frame puck pretty bad, and right bar end weight mia. all and all not bad.

Would have liked to ride, Fick. I haven't ridden the Buell in a month, trying to save my tires for a track day next week. I've been riding my 83 xs650 a little though...Later this month and fall, I'd like to meet up with some a yinz and do some riding.

For such a beautiful day nobody (and my friends that are still ridable) didn't want to ride today...it's okay i made a 3 hour trip out of it...i enjoy getting lost and finding my way again...find some sweet routes that way. I wish i could go to dubV with you guys next week but i have a wedding i must attend (or my gf will breakup with me). SO i see on the calender it's bike night at Quaker state on wednesday...who's going this week i'll make an appearance so i can get to know some of ya?

It would be good to have one on hand for the inevitable, but...I for one am spending all my time and money on trying to fix my stupid problem still...grrrr...I think any big trip next weekend is a no go. I'm just not comfortable straying that far from home with the uncertainty in her attitude. And my replacement sensors still haven't shipped yet.

Hey Fick - did you find a a set of seals last night? Everything I read says if you're going to replace them use the Genuine James seals instead of the OEM stock. If you place an order before 3pm you can get them shipped today and pay for next day delivery. Of course, you'll end up paying $30 for a $6 set of seals, but if you're in a hurry...it might be worth it to you.

I got my Dirt Bike School completion card in the mail yesterday... WOOO HOOOO... faxed it off to HOG this morning.
