I use a meat thermometer to check oil temp on occasion. Most of the time it's between beef - well(170) and lamb (180), but when it's hot outside - 90 degrees or so, the oil temp can get as high as poultry (190 and beyond). So can I use the Uly as a deep fryer? |

Got stuck in stop and go traffic last weekend and saw 230. When bike is moving it never gets over 200.80 degrees or more and its 190. On a 50 degree night the oil only hits 170. Using Mobil 1 15-50. |
