I got $4500 for mine. And then shelled out about $300 in eBay and PayPal fees. So yeah, $4200 is a decent sale. I should've stripped it back to stock and sold all the goodies separately, but I didn't want to deal with it. Ah, the price of impatience. |

I've never liked that place. I will not waist my time. I'd rather just go for a ride, nowhere. |

Oh really? Two members on this board work there. You mention badweb, you get a discount. Care to expand? Ps, I wish we had know there was studio timexat stake. We'd have come down and ripped it up. |

Precision has always been great to me. I don't know if I will be around or not but I do like to try and stop by if they have events going on, even though its a 200 mile ride. |

Precision has supported NEBO and Badweb countless times. They have definitely gone above and beyond for the group. I am curious why you might not like them. I am sure if there was ever a mistake made they would have made it better two fold, if you made them aware of the situation. |

There sales department is a joke to say it nicely. I hope your friends don't work in there. I've used there parts department twice & will say I like them, cool guys for sure & shipped my stuff quickly, and it was correct for the win! Trip(?) was the guys name I chatted with I think. Cool guy in my book. He part of this group? Them as a whole, I see no reason to go unless I was going to visit the parts section. There service department was nothing impressive when speaking with them. Sorry if I stirred the pot here, but I am pretty good at picking the good apples from the bad one's. I stand by my comments guys. |

Tripp is the sh*t, and a genuinely nice guy. A credit to the Buell and BadWeb community! |

The parts dept is top notch without a doubt. The sales dept has had its ups and downs from what I understand but has improved a lot recently. Maybe others can elaborate more. |

Um, of course you won't. You own neither a Buell, Triumph nor HD. Duh, ya wounded involent. But as a sidenote, I've heard such horror stories that as soon as I walk there I skip all the meatheads and say "where's Tripp?" (Message edited by Scotty_j on July 29, 2010) |

True story, but until all my "friends" ditch them, they still find there way into my shed. Hell there is one in there now, thankfully working.... |

Parts department/Tripp - Top notch. Sales - Never dealt with them. Service - Only used them once, a little higher price than I expected for what I had done, but they did the job right, and the bike was 1000 times better than it was when I dropped it off. Had me in and out in a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. When Buell was around they had a good selection of swag, clothing and other goodies. The museum/warehouse is awesome. |

So as you can see, tripp has hooked it up for all of us. Maybe your sales experience was just over a year ago, before triumph and eboos. I'm sure Erik would've done the best he could for any of us. I know he's made it extremely easy for other guys to buy bikes. (omar's r6 is the most recent that jumps to mind) |

If you think Precision is bad, go check out Paramount or Sheldon's. Unless you're buying something from the Screaming Eagle catalog and paying them $60 an hour to bolt it on, they really want nothing to do with you. Tripp's store is the only Buell-friendly shop in the area. Period. Oh, and Eric's shed. His rates can't be beat but his hours are weird, the shed smells like Tommy Chong's V-dub, his dog sticks it's nose in your crotch, and he only has one arm so you have to do all the work. |

sounds like I was on the right path then. I will keep picking my apples. SALES Dept. are meat heads, they want all the cash for there bikes with very little help in making the sale.(I tried to buy a used bike, no sale says it all) SERVICE is over priced, but they did it right.yet, I have heard different stories on this.I wasn't wowed enough to want to bring my bike there. PARTS Dept. is great and I should keep ordering from them, which I have and like them so far. like I said "cool guys" Am I correct so far? I like doing my own work on the bike when possible. But I wont pay more than it is worth.Do you guys go there for work? What were your thoughts after? Did they take care of your bike like you would if you did the work? careful not to damage other items? |

You're probably on your own. Be sure to post pics of some Pawtucket hotties (why yes, that is an oxymoron) washing your bike. |
