Hi All, This is the coolest, best made motorcycle jacket I have laid fingers on. I just bought it last weekend and received it yesterday. The guy I bought it from said he wore it once or twice. I have not worn it at all except to try it on. It is in excellent condition. No armor, but it does have a pocket for a back protector. Much to my disappointment, the jacket is just too big for me. I am 6' 230 lbs. All the Vansons I have tried in the past ran real small. I normally wear an XL, so I figured an XXL would fit, but it doesn't. This is a super high quality piece, the stitching and leather emblem details are amazing. The "BUELL" emblems on the front, back and sleeves are leather, but they have a silver very subtle shiny appearance. I really want to keep this thing, but it is too big. $450 plus shipping.

Yeah, just by looking at it I figured an alteration would be very difficult and expensive. It is a sweet jacket, maybe I will just start eating McDonald's every day so it will eventually fit! |

I still like the leather jacket that Buell/HD sold. I like the blue trim. Still, not a bad looking jacket. |

Cravacor, 1st..I hope the jacket sells and the new owner wears it proudly! 2nd...for all those that aren't an XXL....Vanson can make you a new one. I e-mailed Vanson at repairs@vansonleathers.com and have talking with Connie their. She's been very helpful and great to chat with. Vanson can make anyone a new coat, Model BU53, for a cool $619.85. text below... ------------------------------------------ Steve, Just spoke to the owner and he said that we could make that jacket for you....You will have 2 choices.... 1st...standard size, based on S, M, L, XL 2nd...same jacket but it is a relaxed fit with additional length to the jacket...(meaning that instead of sitting right at the navel area, the jacket would be a little longer...and instead of competition weight leather, they use the light weight firenze....) I think that I would stick with the original one but that's up to you...but at this point, you may want to change the color of the lettering and logos if that is something you might want to do a little different. This one has platinum foil lettering and logos. Cost on the jacket is $619.85 Talk to you soon. Connie |

Bump for Christmas! $450 USD shipped to anywhere in the Great 48. An XL just like it just went for $570 on Fleabay. It is an awesome jacket, just too big for me. I am 6' 230 lbs. |
