Does anyone have a contact number I could call to get a hold of erik buell racing? They don't list a number on their site and I have a special order. E-mail has been painfully slow with them for some reason. |

Email is the best way to contact them. They get hundreds of emails a day, and the phones are constantly ringing off the hook. |

People HAVE to realize how small a company they really are. IF you call, somebody has to STOP WORK to answer the telephone. What that group of 8 or so people are doing is nothing short of amazing... and there is NO front office. |

I ordered a take off fairing support, got it in three days. wrote an e-mail to say thanks and to ask when they would be getting in no key gas caps. Got a reply in 4 hours. That's some damn quick response time both for shipping a product out and for e-mail response to silly questions. Then when you throw in the fact that its a company less than 10, hell it takes most people a day to set up a meeting much less make a descision and do something about it. I think the e-mail is the best contact info and they are doing just fine. Bravo guys. |

I bought quite a few items through the shopping cart, and its on my door step in no time. I've been trying to buy just the steering dampner mount & hardware which I did get a price via-email but can't get any further than that! I've sent 2 other emails and no response yet in over 3 weeks.. I wish I had a phone # so I could talk to someone! |

Try and send them an email from a different email address. I think some emails get kicked to their spam folder. I have always gotten a response in a few hours. But i have seen a few people that posted up that they were not getting a response, then they got one a few days later because it went to ebr's spam folder. ebr is the best. |

Guess I'm on the same boat...I sent them an email about shipping to an FPO address a couple days ago, no reply. I'll wait until Wednesday though to try again, no big rush. |

Be mindful that most the company is at Laguns Seca. Also be sure to use a good subject line, fully describe what you need and include ALL contact imformstion. |

A sample subject line: Steering damper + hardware, 2009 1125R Or... Race ECM, 2006 Ulysses, stock exhaust, stock engine, K&N filter (that one got me one of the best maps I've ever ridden!). In your text, be concise, be direct, BE POLITE, and like Court says - make sure they know how to get in touch with YOU. "Hi, my name is Joe and I am looking to get a race ECM programmed for my 2006 Ulysses. The bike is all stock except for a K&N filter and my current race ECM does not control the muffler valve. I would like a new one that includes the race fuel and spark maps because I love the way the bike runs with them, but also has muffler control so I can continue to use the valve. I ride the bike daily, in weather from below freezing to 100+, in all terrain and varying elevations. My goal is smoothness, durability, and if we can do it fuel mileage. Looking for a great all-around map, not every last HP. My contact information is (name, address, phone, email) and my emails to that address go to my blackberry if you have any questions. Thank you!" Again - and that's not verbatim but it's pretty close - that email started the process to get me one of the best maps I've ever had in a motorcycle. The process was painless, the service was outstanding, Michael helped me through a little (operator-induced) troubleshooting after the install - it's amazing the difference it makes when you reset the TPS the *right* way, lol, and the whole experience was a true pleasure. Just be concise, objective, direct (not a ton of un-needed details or "oh by the way" topics) and patient. As noted...it's only a handful of folks out there. |
