No mechanical issues, no major dents or holes or broken things, cosmetically very dirty. I don't think a 70% is unreasonable, but obviously it's a matter of opinion.

It needs a bath and polishing but it is in good shape. Mine looks MUCH worse plus has a dent in the header and exhaust tip.
