I AM NEW TO THE BUELL'S AND HAVE A 03 XB9R. WHEN I RIDE IT IT STARTS TO GET NON RESPONSIVE TO THE THROTTLE AND DIES. THIS OCCURS WHEN THE BIKE IS HOT. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! THANKS}

You might want to take off the caps lock, there is no need to yell. I will post a little in a few other places to see if anyone can help. One question I have right off is do you know the complete history of your bike? Things like it's been dropped or the like will help to make a diagnosis.

Just because the caps were on does not mean i was yelling sorry about the miss understanding. Yes i know the bikes history. So far i have replaced the head temp sensor, oxygen sensor, fuel pump relay and timing sensor. Thinking about the ecm next

I know it's not the same bike, but my first Blast would do the same thing. It turned out to be the ECM

Did you check the gas tank vent tube?

+1 on gastank vent tube
next time it happens pull the gas cap off RIGHT AWAY and if the tank is pressurized you found your problem.

Over filling the tank will cause this issue.
