sorry I missed you last night Tepid, I had just got home when you texted me you were there. Chopper Zoo is most likely a later night bike night,I was there at 8:30 and stayed til 9:15 and the band was just bringing in their gear, one of these days I'll check it after like 10 or so and see whats up. don't know if I'll ride Saturday night or not but if I do escape the "jobsite" I would probably check out Pirate Republic Bar (formerly known as Shirttail Charley's). seems they have bike night every Saturday night starting at 8 and this Saturday will be their 12 annual Black Jack Bikini Party. so maybe but still up in the air | ||

There is in fact a bike night every saturday night at the pirate republic, but tonight is the US Millitary Vet's annual or something, anyway, it is a special event. I have been meaning to check it out, but I am always busy riding somewhere, or in the case of lately, been on the scooty-puff 11'd-5000! I would like to ride tonight, and I will even if it is by myself, I think Rob might actually join me, us. I get out of work at 5 and would love to meet there and leave shortly after that. We could ride around for a bit and then check out the pirate place. Someone let me know something, as I will be checking in before I leave. I hope to see all of you this evening! | ||

Well, I managed to roust Rob out on his bike in the nasty conditions that we experienced this evening. It was not raining when we left our place, and it did not rain on us while we were out. The roads were nasty though, but it was definitely fun! We went for a simple ride from our place to the pirate republic, man, that place has some great ambiance going on! I do have to say that I miss my fellow Buell riders, and I look forward to getting everyone together for a spirited ride in honor of Ruby being reunited with not only me, but all of us! | ||

Hey all. Still following the group, but the Buell is still down, and the job I got sucks. Been there just over a month, and the conditions are intolerable. I think the big boss is on drugs or something. The place is like a meat grinder. So I gave notice, and am searching for another job yet again. Hopefully, I'll get one within my two week notice time, and not miss any pay. The Buell is leaking from the swingarm where the drain plug is, and the battery is dead, yet again. So it needs a new battery, a new seal, and probably needs the fuel dumped too. Then it needs servicing, and hopefully will be running after that. The Harley is still up and running. Had it out last night. I'll keep you posted. Hope everyone is doing ok. Anyone heard from Cliff? | ||

Hey Stretch, silly question, but have you changed your drain plug oring? Sometimes it is the most simple of things that we forget to check... otherwise maybe your drain plug is stripped, in which case you would want to drill and tap it to the next larger size. It is easy work if you have the right tools. Just a couple of ideas that came to mind. Is anyone going to ride tonight? I want to get together with yous guys, but Sunday is not good for me again this week, I have to finish shooting that video for ohlins. If anyone wants to ride post something, as I will be checking periodically throughout the day. | ||

Scarewolf- we don't carry any clip on's in stock, but pretty much what ever is in the tucker rockey or parts unlimited book. I will have to do some more investigating tomorrow when I get to work. So yall meet on sundays?? Every sunday?? I dont ride with anyone here cause most of them either cant ride or think the zx6r that their mommy and daddy bought them is the shitt. I dont mind riddin with different kinds of bikes, but I dont do 100 mph up colonial blvd( pretty main road here, 45mph)I am 28 and those kids cant ride, I dont wanna be around explain'n to the coroner why some kids head is 50ft from his torso. I wish that there was more that I could have done to help you, but unfortunately for us business is super slow, and the boss has no interest in expanding business beyond HD. I hope that you can find what you are looking for among the sponsors here on BadWeB. Jlightnn08- We usually ride on Sunday, meeting at cycle lab on 441 just north of 595. However, for the past few weekends we have not been meeting because I have been filming a video for Ohlins suspension. Hopefully I will be done with it today. We DO NOT drive like a bunch of maniacs, we DO have a lot of fun, and the only time we open it up is way out west on either 75 or 27, granting that the traffic will allow it, and even then we do not do it for very long. I value not only my life, but also my freedom, and my privilage to drive! as does everyone else! | ||
