anybody know what is the widest rear tire that will fit on a stock x1 |

if the rear end and rim aren't any different (I've got an M2), it looks like the largest you can put on the stock rim is a 180. With a 180, there is only about 1/2" between the sidewall of the tire and the drive belt. I'd be worried to put a 190 on there. Plus also remember that your handling won't get better with a wider tire. Your turning will get slower. I'm thinking about going back to a 170. Correct me if I'm wrong, but unless you're drag racing, a wider tire is purely cosmetic. |

Everything else aside, a 190 will fit. It's basically just aesthetics but as far as the widest tire you can put on there, assuming everything else is stock is a 190. |

Duc - even in dragging a really wide tire might not help you out any. Many drag on 180 series tires, its not as much about width as it is compound of the tire. |

with the PM wheel, a 200 will fit without touching the belt. Any more and you will have contact. |
