Outstanding, LBQ! Worked three or four years on an alcohol funny car crew and drag raced my 72 Corvette for a few years. Had my Lightning out at the strip a couple of years ago and found out fast that motorcycle drag racing is a completely different animal from the 4 wheeled variety. I am planning to race my 1125R this summer and would love to get some advice-i.e. how to keep the machine from flipping over on top of me. The bike is stock except for the race ECM from East Troy. Am hoping for mid to low 11s. Is that realistic? Congratulations on your achievements. I enjoy your posts. |
