Sorry for such a late post,my computer went into update mode and I fell asleep waiting. We're at the track practicing for sundays race when Shawn Higbee pits up next to us.He's on his 1125R and in great form.I believe he's going to ride 4 races so,get down here and support Buell racing if your in the souther california area.He was posting some really good times during practice.Jeremy Toye set a new lap record with his R1000s BMW.What more could you want for 10 bucks and some gas.And if your lucky there may still be some cupcakes left baked by the beautiful Maryann. So,what a better way to spend fathers day.I promise you it wo'nt be a let down, the weather is great and records will fall.Stop in to our pits and cheer Shawn and Ernie on.BUELL RACING NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT. danny |

Awesome! I would if I could, but I'm on the opposite coast. Enjoy it for us and take pictures and videos if you can. Jeff |

I was there, and actually got to race with Shawn. I say "with", because I'm not fast enough to give him any competition. He is a truly amazing rider. On his 1125R with a dynoed 145 hp, he was able to keep pace with Toye on his BMW with at least 30 HP more, to take 2nd in the GP race. He's a nice guy to boot. Even complimented me on my riding and my wins. If you get the chance to see him ride, don't pass it up. He is a lesson in precision. Also a huge thanks to Ernie from Glendale HD who gave me a foot peg after a pit crew accident broke mine off. Thanks Ernie, you da man!!! (Message edited by Rod-Rob on June 21, 2010) |
