It took about a week, just cause lack of time. But its almost done, taking it back to the shop tomm, and putting the mounting brackets on, fab up the tubes, and polish it up. I think I need some supportive criticism cause this wont be the only one! Some one please help me with loading pictures!!! WTF, I hate computers. |

Kinda hard to tell how big it is (LxWxH), but be careful to maintain ground clearance. Made from cold rolled steel? Going to paint it? |

No, every part is stainless. Ground clearance is good, Im just worried if its going to create to much pressure. |

hey buellfreak, I think it looks good. I will for sure want to see more of the entire package. But be careful about doing a lot of R&D on the forum and promoting your product without paying some dues for some sponsorship. It truly looks like a cool muffler, I honestly like the shape, its different. Maybe I am crazy and totally wrong, but from your first post of "this wont be the only one", it kind of looks like you plan on selling them. If you are planning on selling them, this is a great place for that. Just be careful. |

It weights 15lbs. I made the core out stainless. Cost was about 50 bucks but tones of hours just cause it was the first one I made. Im hoping to have it polished and dyno'd next monday! |

Oh no, no. Im not trying to sell anything here just trying to get some ideas off the first one. I just want to see what I can improve on the first one for my secound attempt. |

I also like the shape, don't like the exhaust tip and wondering if the inlet has to be flanged/ribbed like that? |

I like the shape. The flared end is cool. Fabrication looks solid. What did you use for the "dampening" material? How did it change the original sound? Backpressure is a concern. Test the original to match it. |

After the secound one is built, I might be welling to donate it. I FMF packing material. Sound.. Ill post a vid when the pipes are finished. Along with a dyno. I made the inlet with the two ribs on there so I can just put 2 high heat o-rings around them and just slide the pipe on and off. (the o-ring idea sounds crazy, but they can stand up to 600 degrees) |

15lbs?! Woah, that's a heavy one. The Jardine that I had on mine only weighed a touch over 5 and that included the mid-pipes and the collector. |
