So about a month ago we discussed getting chin spoilers through an American source. The mock up is done, and he has started on the mold. Let me know what you think. Once again this is not a sponsor so if I need to change anything please let me know? http://rasmoto.blogspot.com/ Brad |

Looking good. Looks like its shaping up to be a cosmetic chin spoiler which is fine but a true belly pan that goes all the way back would be good too for those that need one for the track. |

Every one that posted up previous, were all looking at the cosmetic one that is available overseas. The mock up should answer those questions about copying, I know there was a concern or two. |

Mockup looks good! I was in the previous post and I'm still in. I will have a Jardine pipe and I am hoping it will all still fit. |

Target price is between $200 and $225 depending on how many we get to order. I am going to front the money for the initial piece which was estimated at approximately $400. If you read the paragraph below the picture, there will be two variations, one that fits stock pipes and one that fits aftermarket pipes! If this purchase goes well, my friend and owner of Caferacer will become a sponsor and offer other Buell parts. |

Looking nice hard corps. One comment though. In the last pic it looks a lot lower then the stock muffler. Not only could clearance be a issue under full compression and the weight of a rider, but it just looks a bit odd IMO. Dont get me wrong I like the direction, but IMO it would look better if it was tucked up as close to the muffler as possible. Maybe its just the pics. Perhaps a pic of the full bike for perspective? Thanks for your work though, I am definitely interested. I had thought of doing this myself(I may still). But if you hit your target price and it looks good, it might be hard to turn it down. |
