I ride with some guys sometimes and I am the only Buell in the group (not saying that is a bad thing). We don't get together very often though and I would like to ride more often in a group. Any takers? |

I would like to, but I am in the process of replacing the frame on my 1125 right now. maybe in a few weeks or a month? I am living at my parents house in Menifee over the summer, and I go to college at Cal Poly Pomona. |

Hey sounds good. I work in Menifee off of Haun Rd. at the Verizon yard. What heppened to your bike? Let me know when you are ready to ride. Paulrlotton@verizon.net |

I would have loved to, up until 10:30 this morning (I know you saw the thread about my crash). Once my bike is fixed, I'm in. In the meantime there's a forum called sportbikers.net that organizes lots of local rides. You might want to have a look. |

Yeah, I read your post. Sorry to hear about your incident this morn. I don't know if you read my post about it but I have had my experiences with Ortega as well. Hopefully, the damage is superficial and doesn't take a hole lot of cash flow to get you back on the road. |

My brother wrecked my bike at Palomar, he lost the back tire going around a corner at about 60 mph. the bike rolled over three times down a 30 foot ditch and landed upside down in a pile of rocks. My brother walked away with no injuries. I'm hoping to have the bike running in a few weeks. Its at the dealer for the clutch fix and harness, and once i get it back i have to swap the frame out. My dealer ordered the wrong belt, i was supposed to get the bike last week, but now it looks like i won't get it until the middle of this week. |

Check out Meetups.com, there's a San Diego sport bike group, as well as a local Buell rider's group. Very convenient. KeS |

Damn Dk, glad your brother is ok. That could have been ugly. Sorry about your bike though! What is the cost of the damages thus far? |

Father_of_an_era: You've got two clubs to choose from. I say join both. SCAB (Southern California Area Buellers) rides in your area more than we do. Their site is http://www.meetup.com/Southern-California-Area-Bue llers-SCAB/ And you're certainly welcome to join us - SoCal Buell Riders at http://SoCalBuellRiders.Com |
