I could very well be mistaken....but I don't think they made an '03 version of the diamond highlight pulley? Only '04 +. Someone will correct me I'm sure |

They did make it for 03 too. I guess American Sport Bike finally sold out of them, they were up on the site recently. (Message edited by froggy on June 08, 2010) |

WellI kinda thought that I once saw one, but recent searches left me empty so I pondered my sanity for a while and eventually resorted to concluding that it never existed. |

We never sold them for the 03 models. Buell may have, but we didn't. But we did and do sell them for the 04 and later. Still have some in stock, but it's getting down to the last few. Nice part, strange pricing. The diamond highlight pulley, which is essentially just a fly cut stock one, costs less than the stock one. |

I would be willing to buy a spare stock rear sprocket and buff off the black stuff. I think other people have done it but I have no idea how long that will take or what tools to use. I don't have a compressor, just hand drills & a dremel. Does anybody have a stock pulley and some pointers on how to buff one up ? |

I could do one for you. I think I have a couple laying around. I'll set it up on the lathe and face it off. Let me know if your interested. Matt |

My eyes must of been deceiving me, I swear you had one Al! I know Buell made them, as I almost bought it from my dealer before buying the 04+ model off you. |
