does oil pump through our motors? cuz i just seen this craig jones stunt video and hes on a xb12 and has it up at 12 oclock doing a burnout and says the oil is constantly pumping through the motor so its ok. is that true?? |

Yes and no. The pump does send oil through the motor and the cooling. BUT operating at such angles can cause areas to not get proper feed of oil. Pretty much anything more than your lawnmower motor has a pump, the whole splash oiling system is pretty outdated and ineffecient for much of a motor |

The group of 12-o'clockers I saw doing Motorcycle Ballet on Buells were operating with the swing arm/ oil tank all the way filled to the very top. engine warmed up, and they FILLED the oil all the way. they ran vertical, front wheel in the air for 6 or 8 minutes at a shot. |

really ok so this means just doing some little wheelies here and there wont ruin my front cylinder from depriving oil to it. |
