All I have to say it that the people there are fantastic. My fan died, wham-o they have one in stock. My fork is leaking, again they have the seal kits in stock. My belt has cracks and 30k miles on it. Again, they have it in stock plus Al was once again kind enough to talk to me about a skip spark issue I have been running into lately. It's organizations like AmericanSportBike (Al and his wife) and Badweb and the people that support all of this that makes me a very very happy Buell owner. A Buell isn't for everyone, but mine meets or exceeds all of my needs, has never failed to get me home, has prodigious torque and power, is (was) American Made and is (to me) just plain downright bitchen! Thanks to all you hooligans here on Badweb and to Al and his team for making owning this wonderful machine such a damn cool experience! |

Yep, they bailed me out with a fan last week too. I called about a belt also but I was right in the middle of when they sold out the last batch and got the new batch. Thankfully the one I had ordered from the dealer just cleared the new backorder. |

Yup, Al and his wife have been very helpful to me in acquiring stuff I needed, plus willing to share info and consult as needed for issues that I have had with bike. Even if I can get something a little cheaper someplace else I am supporting Al because of the support he has provided me and others. |

I ordered a spare belt from them about two months ago and while I could and did find the belt at a lower price with Badweb discounts elsewhere, I didn't hesitate to order from them because, back in February, when I was out in California on business, I showed up out of the blue and walked in to their shop and got answers to questions and concerns I had, insight into the experience of being a Buell owner and never once felt like I was intruding on their day. The knowledge and hospitality were worth the few extra dollars the belt cost me and I still feel like I might have come out ahead in this deal. What reinforced it for me was overhearing calls to the shop where it sounded like people were looking for answers, got them and then heard conversations end with statements like "no problem , you're welcome, any time" and no order for parts was taken on that call. (I still spent a chunk of a paycheck that day too.) (Message edited by 7873jake on June 02, 2010) |

All the dealings I've had with Al have been very smooth. Happy EVERY time. He even answers my emails when I need assistance. Most places don't. |

>>>I ordered a spare belt from them about two months ago and while I could and did find the belt at a lower price with Badweb discounts elsewhere, I did the same thing. I placed an order on Saturday a week ago (flasher) and it was in NYC on Monday morning. Al and Joanne are amazing. |

Although I live in Spain Al has always been of great help, and I don't buy often parts but the first place to find and purchase is American Sport Bike, always fast easy and problem free, not like some dealers or should I say stealers? |

American Sport Bike is a big part of the reason I decided to keep the Uly, after the closing of Buell. Yep - they (and Precision Engineering) should be 'case studys' for why these businesses succeed, when others fail. |

Another vendor who's been great to work with is Iain Palmer (Palmer products in UK) Seems the smaller companies havent forgotten why they're in business and who their customers are. Tried that with a mega corporation lately ?... with their endless voice mail loop and other ways to insulate themselves from the unwashed masses. Criminey!! |

Thanks for the props, folks! I wish we could always ship everything the day we get the order, that is ALWAYS our goal. Unfortunately, we're at the mercy of supply chain lead time issues too. We always strive to get your stuff to you as fast as we can. Thanks, Al |
