It took a while, but the draftsmen at work drew these templates for me.

That looks nice! Will download and give it a try tomorrow at work (where the tools and materials live). Will post results if successful. Thanks |

Ackk... it's all in metric. I still remember bitchin' about having to buy metric tools to work on stuff. Going to do a paper template first, then work in metal later. I still don't think in metric terms at all. |

Wow, that was harsh. I appreciate the effort. I was talking about drawing A, it looked like some of the dims were cut off. |

Yool, no disrespect intended. Just old and my brain still has trouble working in metric, even though I know it's the way to go. Thanks for providing the templates. I understand the ammount of work it involves to de-engineer something you've already made. I even own metric rulers and calipers these days... |

lol, I think we all meant it light-heartedly. I remember being told in elementary school that the commies were taking over....I mean they were going to switch us over to the metric system. There was so much resistance to it! So now they have to teach kids 2 ways to count/measure...that's A LOt better! lol |

It's the other side of the coin: own an american bike in Spain, where it's very difficult to get drills, screws, wrenches, etc. in inch sizes. Your problem is solved with an calculator, a beer and a quarter of an hour of concentration. We have to put more effort to have the evergrin in the face. |

Garrcano- I see your struggles, but you do get to surround yourself with SPANISH WOMEN ALL THE TIME. Seems a fair trade. Hijack off. |

@ Portero72: LOL, good answer. This is just the way I hoped you take it. (Message edited by garrcano on June 03, 2010) |
