Hey guys...

I have an 08 Uly that only has around 9k on it and I am on my 3rd set of plugs. Rear cyl plug always looks like it has been running lean. Bike is bone stock.

I would like to correct this lean running condition with minimal investment. I realize it likely means a ECM upgrade, but I am not after added performance....I would like the bike to run cooler and last longer (i.e. richen up a bit).

What's recommended? Anyone on here that's done exactly what I am looking for? I won't complain about an extra 10 or 15 HP, but I am chasing the lean issue. I am not wanting to go cheap either....I can make any investment necessary, but I don't plan to replace my perfectly good muffler when that really isn't helping what I am trying to solve.

Take it to the dealer and have them update the ECM programming. The programming that came on the earlier 2008's leaves much to be desired.

Is there a set program they should have to update it to or is there some analysis that should occur before and after the change?
