Got my Barker pipe in 4 days, went on easy and is a very clean install. Sounds awesome, It's loud but sounds good It is extremely lighter too.

i definitely like that black pipe on the black cr! how hard is it to do that "barker" tune? do you need a cable & a pc? i have neither. how nasty can it be with just the preprogrammed [general pump gas] Erik Buell Racing ECM? |

I'll be able to tell you on Wed when I get mine in, Wrong! About 1K miles now on the Barker and I love it (though Dean's RT-4 is just unholy badass satanic love juice ) and when I spoke with Erik Buell Racing tech he said that the standard tune works great with the Barker slip-on. I did ask about the FMF/HMF/Jardine tunes working and he was adamant about the standard pump gas Erik Buell Racing tune with the Barker. You do need a PC and a few bits of software to get the Barker-specific tune ... the cable's cheap for about $30 and is really useful for diagnosing problems and fiddling around in ECMSpy. |

Mine runs great with the standard Erik Buell Racing tune. But i wouldn't be surprised they make a custom Barker tune soon |

get a tune or buell race ecm! I've had a tune for about 3K miles and a barker for about 1K and I just switched back to stock for shits and giggles. it sucked the pop right out of that motor! Don't get me wrong before I had a tune and thought the bike ran well but now that I'm used to it I can't ever go back! |

For the Barkers Exhaust I suggest the Fuel Solutions flash. It is made for the pipe. |

You can purchase or rent one from the Fuel Solutions web site. Renting one, pretty cool idea. |
