Has anyone seen or built a stuntcage for the 1125?! |

I haven't seen one but do think it wouldn't be tough to fab one as there are no fairings in the way. |

i got one for my XB, so naturally i asked powers stunt worx if they were to make the same or similar for the 1125's, but it was after 10-15 so they were not interested. nor would i think any other company would be interested in making such a product for a limited edition motorcycle. heck, even DHM/American Sport Bike have yet to (not holding my breath) produce something along the lines of an engine case/frame puck. i'm not saying the pods don't do a good job, but there is alot of collateral damage. me thinks it would be tough to fab one despite the naked-ness just because of mounting points. the fuel-in-frame design doesn't lend it self easily to take large amounts of focused impact. even the XB cages have proven themselves to be flawed. ... but still worth it IMHO. |

i vaguely recall some one posted pics of an intalled/fabbed ricer-esque frame slider, but they got handled when the tried to advertise/sell on here with out paying 'THE MAN' i didn't follow it further, as it didn't look promising anyways. |

yes, he (.... they?) does, but that is hardly a 'stuntcage' by any stretch of the imagination |

I was wondering the same thing. I've heard of guys out there that do custom cages at a reasonable cost but don't have any info handy, it's been a few yrs since I checked into for other bikes. I too would think it'd be easier considering the bikes design, naked style, I'll have to search around for any info I have this weekend. |
