3690 miles. I might be interested in selling. If anybody is real interested shoot me a message for all the information. I have high res video of the bike available. I live in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Rapid City area. This thing is quite farkled to. No problems at all. Runs perfect. It's the bike in my profiles picture. Yes. It has carribou side bags. Used to be called Pelican. They lock, have an air vent feature. And they are indestructible. PM me an e-mail and I can send the high res video | ||

I wanted to badly. I have a really nice '06 with 7000 miles. But I'm in Montgomery, AL. I wanted the room and luggage of the X. Since you were so far away I didn't ask and instead just ordered a taller seat and lower pegs. If you plan on being closer sometime soon maybe we could work something out. But I'm ready to buy bags and windscreen for my SS pretty soon. Murf | ||

phew - that is a long ways away! Unfortunately I don't plan on being that way anytime soon. I love the X but most of my riding is more in tune with commuting. My wife doesn't go with me much and maybe when the kids are older we'll be into more of a passenger bike! I used to have a lightning and it was great for commuting to and from work and I can reach the ground with my feet (flat!) If I was a single man I'd take a week off of work and ride 1/2 way there!
