On sale this Saturday at Cycle Gear (at least in the Portland OR Metro area)for one day only $199. Anybody in the group have first hand experience with these new & improved Q2's? Don't need tires immediately but likely before the middle of summer (my Pirelli Diablos have over 2700 miles to date & still look fine). Thinking of buying them and mounting them later unless they perform as bad as the OEM original Dunlaps that came on the bike when I bought it. The Pirelli's just felt better and better each time I rode. Now I understand the Pirelli Diablo stock OEM tires are discontinued in favor of the Rosso's so I guess I'm going to have to try something new eventually. |

Great tires from what my friends say. I trust their judgment, some of them are way faster that me. BTW we ride the twisties. |

Just put a set of Q2's on this week. So far so good. I only have about 100 miles on them though. Here are a few more thoughts on them. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/384 2/549743.html?1272242549 |

Just in from the 3%er's... Matt (Sanchez) just bought a set... Cycle Gear isn't mounting tires today, so I took the wheels to Marietta Motorsports. I got to chatting with them, and apparently these Q2's are pretty good. Opie Caylor ran 1:00 flat at Tally with them on a bone stock GSX-R 750 in full street trim. |

I like em. I ran a set on my XB9R best dunlop I have ever ran. I think I like em better than my good ole PP2CTs. |

I have heard nothing but great things about the Q2's both in the press and from my friends who have done track days with them. However, I canceled my order for them, and am going to put the new Michelin Pilot Pure's on my Ducati 999s, because they do actually weigh three and a half pounds less than a pair of Q2's. I weighed them myself. That is a big difference in unsprung, rotating weight. Probably won't know how they work for a while because the bike came with a new set of Pilot Powers, which are a pretty decent tire too, and they only have 700 miles on them. I am sticking with the Michelin Pilot Road 2's on Lil' Blackie, my XB12SR because they handle great, and they just do not seem to wear at all. |

300+ miles yesterday, many of them on the Alphabets of Western Wisconsin, they performed great. |
