Finally got around to addressing the rattling at the rear of the seat on my 2000 S3 and noted that the whole thing was totally cobbled together by the P.O. I'm missing the 'D' washer, the star washer, the inner grommet and the smaller nut (the guy put some kind of plastic license plate nut on the lock to hold it all together). Anyone have a spare lock kicking around that they want to sell, or can scavenge for these parts? Any help would be appreciated... DW |
