Like the look of the 1125cr, but would like just a little more wind protection, like a Laminar Lip. Might be easy to make one thinking back to plexiglass in shop class? |

A 10" wide "lip" isn't gonna do much for wind protection...! Mike |

This is my 6th prototype. Less than a square foot. Shaped like the rest of the CR, designed to take the buffeting off your helmet. It works.

I'll try to get some higher res pics this week. I fabbed the fender eliminator from some stock aluminum and a piece of translucent plastic. I relocated the tag light so it shines through the plastic onto the tag. By the way, the reflective tape treatment on the airbox cover (etc) is done with some of the brightest tape I have ever seen. 80 bucks a roll, but worth it. I have been riding awhile and I swore I would never do the black-on-black bike/rider/helmet/jacket thing. But I did. After having too many people tailgate me in broad daylight, I started wearing a reflective vest, painted my helmet yellow/white and stuck this tape all over everything. Better now. |

Cool, well there is some ideas. If anyone lives in S.Ca. Laminar Lip company said they would make one for the CR, if someone would stop in their office with a CR for them to messure. Anyone? |
