So whats the deal between a XB12S and an XB9S? Other than 11HP in the manual?

stroke length and compression

XB9 is short stroke and high compression the bore is the same.

Haha ok well, when I'm used to an X1 with a race exhaust and forcewinder intake, will I feel like I'm riding a moped on the XB9? I just don't want to buy something I'm not going to enjoy as much.

that's on a super flow if it makes a difference, I have heard it does matter but I don't know what is different.

Nope, you may even feel a bit faster than the X1.
You will notice however the torque difference.
