http://ecmspy.com/download.shtml This link takes you to the download. please update your ecmread version if you have not got the latest. It fixes some errors. If this is your first time downloading first download the MONO program and install. then ecmread. from there download tunerpro and the xdf to match your ecm. you now can tune any buell ecm 1999 to 2010 full ecm details not some halfwit only doing a very few select datas due to being cut off from the circle for selling programs which are designed and based from either ecmspy and/or the IDS tuner. mike |

Hey mike I downloaded read a month ago and only had error messages when downloading the read program. Since it's been installed I havn't had a single problem with it or tunerpro. Fetches, mods, and burns are quick and flawless, thanks! My question is, do I still need this new version?? What type of fixes are we talking about?? |

I've down loaded & installed Mono and then ecmread but I'm hung up on Tunerpro and xdf download step. The EcmSpy - Projekt web page says "You can download these files from the EEPROM-info pages, listed in the "Specific Information" section of the menu in the upper left." But all I see is a menu on the upper right of the screen with the following list. Home Overview Downloads Registration Support Community Links & Reso I don't see the "Specific Information" listed nor do I see EEPROM info listed for any Buells? |

So how do I know which xdf file to use? Do you look up the ECM number on the bar code sticker on on my ECM and cross reference it somewhere? |

fetch the data with ecmread. it will give you a firmware value. match the letters up to the xdf file. also note datalogging to make the maps to you on your bike is capable on 08 and up. been there done it. (works) The tool to convert the maps and make the MSQ file is ask and you shale receive. one last thing to change in that tool and the writer of it is on it like a hawk. one finale it will be posted. also posted where to get it. |
