Sure thing, Chip. But you can't hang on to it too long; it sold with the Uly which should be shipping in a week or two. Edit: I didn't include it in the sale. (Message edited by scotty_j on April 26, 2010) |

My laptop has Vista on it, not sure if the cable likes that chippy. If you have a laptop bring it also...Just in case... I seem to recall having problems with Vista. |

If I recall correctly, the cable works fine but you have to right-click ECM Spy and select "Run as Administrator." |

What's better than riding on a racetrack? Doing it for free. What's the best part about lowsiding in the rain? Only needing a toe peg for your shifter to rip it up again. I do still have that sx seat, yo'. |

The cable will work fine, Win7/Vista have the driver too, no need to download it from the website. ECMspy/ECMread/TunerPro all work on both, if you have issues do the Run as Admin trick, although I have found it to be unnecessary. |

I have the laptop and software but haven't done any tuning with it. If folks in the know want to come over sometime this weekend and do some burgers & shit that's cool with me. |

Chev- I may have a map for your setup (XB12, D&D, open airbox... right?) |

yep, i bought the cable and disc off flea bay,but i cant figure it out, after 3 nights i had to return the lap top and my wife wont have anything to do with it anymore. it has the xb12 race set up so i dont know if it would be as good as a custom program for my bike. i have a d&d pipe..but might swap it for a race pipe(it is loud and anoying on long rides) a k&n filter, the airbox and breather mods.other than that just a right air scoop, good plugs and synth oil. i need this thing to be as fast as possable.i know how to do eveything but work a computer. |

Without trading it in for a cbr600rr it really won't got much faster; reliably anyways. I use reliably extreeeeemely lightly. You've just gotta get better at riding the thing. |

Chev you need to stop by so I can see how loud your bike is compared to the exhaust I built. I think its to loud but can't tell on its own. I'm in middleboro so let me know if we can meet up. |

Loud is NOT fast with a V-Twin... Them motors NEED some back pressure to keep the torque curve going..um..er...strong(er). Pound for Pound the Jardine is the muffler to have IMO. I have tried just about all of them at one point or another. |
