Just thought of it today, and was wondering also; When do bikes take a dump for the wrecking yard.. Cars usually dont make it to 300k, just trying to get a figure for the same on bikes. |

A service tech at Santa Fe Harley/Buell has over 60k on his 08 1125R as of a few weeks ago, and put 150k on his previous Buell. |

> I know I saw someones odo posted last year with 40K on it. For the longest time, I had more than anyone in the world that had made a warranty claim. I know that because the factory told me as much when I met with the platform director at the last homecoming. At the time, I had around 34,000 miles on my bike, and a few months prior I can converted that bike into track-duty only. Now, the bike has right around 40,000, with about 10k of them track miles. In addition to RPM, there's a guy up in the Seattle area that to my knowledge has the current "most miles" crown. He's probably close to 50k by now. Do I get to add my machines together for a "most seat miles" crown? 40k on bike #1, 8k on bike #2, and about 2k on bike number three... |
